The forum is slowly but surely coming alive again. Just working on the database as it was accidentally overwritten by an installation of PHPBB3 going to the wrong directory. It will be up and running again soon, just have to fix the tables. But it will be running PHPBB3 from now on.

Also notice the new menu and categories? Hmmm looks like fun :)

Ok I’m getting back to work on this site now. Been a while since I’ve touched anything here but I promise to do something about it now. So hang in there for the next couple of weeks will see the site coming back to life!

Nothing much has been happening here at Nissan Forums Philippines. Mainly because changes are on their way. The forum is down - an upgrade maybe? The layout is messy - a washover paintjob maybe? There’s nothing new to read - restructured content maybe?

Who knows?!

But let’s wait and see what comes drifting ’round the corner soon…

Previously there were rumors amongst Nissan Fanboys around the world that Nissan may join Formula 1 in the future. Though we all would love that to happen so we could watch our favorite car manufacturer go up against Toyota and Honda in Godzilla-esque battles for the checkered flag, it would be even more interesting to see the Philippines fund its’ own F1 team. A little out of the blue?

India having released last month the cheapest car in the world, the Tata Nano, will be running their own team in this year’s Formula 1 season. The team, Force India, recently purchased control of the ex-Spkyer F1 team. Spyker will still remain as a constructor for the new team as Force India intend to build their own cars rather than purchase existing chassis’. India is really making an effort to develop their auto industry.
